Two beloved artists.
Two real friends. Giannis Bekiaris and Konstantina Kastellou.
Every time they create something new, every time they do something special, they participate in something larger and they always surprise me. Restless, resourceful, tireless.
This time you can also help.
Α. The painter Giannis Bekiaris takes part in Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride on Sunday the 25th of September.
The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride was founded in Sydney, Australia in 2012. On Sunday September the 25th 2016, tens of thousands of distinguished gentlefolk in hundreds of cities worldwide will don their cravats, tweak their moustaches, press their tweed and mount their classic and vintage styled motorcycles to raise funds and awareness for men’s health, specifically prostate cancer research and suicide prevention.

B. Konstantina Kastellou takes part again in “Broadway Nights… Reloaded”
Broadway Nights is a musical theatre show with 72 artists which already had four sold out performances during the season 2015-2016 in Thessaloniki Concert Hall in Greece.
Broadway Nights is a show inspired by Dimitra Kastellou, the director and choreographer of the show. The show is a musical collage of 15 songs from the most famous musicals around the world. The musical company K’s Blink, the music band The Gang, the soprano Dimitra Anto nakoudi and the special guest performer Konstantina Kastellou take part under the instructions of the director and choreographer Dimitra Kastellou and the music teacher Dimitra Athanasatou. All songs are orchestrated by Dimitris Tsakiridis. The non-profit company Dominus Productions, based in Athens, Greece is responsible for production of this wonderful project.
In an era when artistic creation and production in Greece is becoming more difficult than ever, 72 inspired artists are determined to succeed. Through sponsorships and crowdfunding via Indiegogo, they will present this show on February the 4th 2017. And I am sure they are going to make it.

PS. You have the obligation to be a vital part of this universal neighborhood. It is always worth it to align yourself with what you consider truly important, and to contribute financially commensurate to your means.
Because you and I, and all of us together, are part of what we call (and it’s not at all indefinite) “World”.
With love,
E
