It is Monday. The first big victory of the day is not to stress and not to push yourself.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>&#8211; Wear your favourite clothes.<\/strong> We all have a pair of shoes and an old-time classic jacket that flatters us and makes people turn their heads.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>&#8211; Don\u2019t torture yourself<\/strong> by thinking about all the chronic problems of your life that can\u2019t be solved overnight.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>&#8211; Try to only speak with people who have positive energy<\/strong> &#8211; these great people of your life, who make you laugh and whose voice soothes\u00a0your soul.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">&#8211; Even for just an hour, <strong>do something for yourself<\/strong>: your favourite gym routine, read your favourite book, or just go for a long walk<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>&#8211; Don\u2019t talk a lot:<\/strong> It\u2019s better if you don\u2019t say that much on difficult days, as it is very probable that you might say things that you don\u2019t really mean.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>&#8211; Watch movies<\/strong> or your favourite TV series, nestled on the couch.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>&#8211; Let your senses be revived<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Taste:<\/strong> This is the day for you to eat your favourite food.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Smell:<\/strong> The freshly washed bedsheets. The smell from your freshly washed hair. The smell of mom&#8217;s homemade food.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Touch:<\/strong> Hug your beloved ones. Feel your favourite high quality sweater embrace your body, your skin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Hear:<\/strong> Your favourite music. The timbre of the voice of your favourite people that you will always recognise.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>See:<\/strong> Your favourite movies. Your preferred newspaper. The looks of the people you love.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">&#8211; A small exaggeration is allowed. A small buy. <strong>That little something that will make you smile.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><em><strong><span class=\"s1\">Nobody and nothing can define your mood. Only yourself.
