If someone were to come to you and just say that they will take you for a boat ride in Little Venice, in London you would probably smile in disbelief.<\/p>\n

However it is true! There is a boat trip in Little Venice. Real, retro, a reminder of a different era.<\/p>\n

Jason’s Trip is the original Regent’s Canal tour and has been operating since 1951. It offers an authentic 45 minute boat ride on Regent\u2019s Canal, starting from Little Venice and ending up in Camden Lock.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The centenarian Jason (this authentic canal boat that counts 108 years of life)\u00a0was originally used as a cargo-vessel on the canals before being fitted with a diesel engine and converted to passenger-carrying duties.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

There is also a trained tour guide who will narrate stories from Regent\u2019s canal rich history dating from 1800 all the way to the present. (If you prefer the trip with no commentary, then start in Camden as there is no narration between there and Little Venice.)<\/p><\/div>\n
