I want to buy fish directly from the fisherman, meat from the butcher, coffee from the coffee shop, bread from the bakery and fruits and vegetables from the green grocer or even better from the vegetable market.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Directly from the producer. How great would it be if every producer could <\/span>earn the profit margin he deserves, cutting out the middleman…<\/span><\/p>\n

Living on a planet where we destroy in order to get destroyed, it is <\/span><\/b>even <\/b>more important to support small farms, independent producers and eclectic products.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

In whatever concerns me, I prefer the biological and the organic <\/span>products. I eat meat only a couple of times <\/span>a month, and it\u2019s mainly meat produced by \u00a0my uncle in the village. I try not to buy chicken unless I know the producer. <\/span>I buy \u00a0fish from the fishermen and \u00a0honey and \u00a0olive oil is sourced\u00a0from producers that my mother trusts <\/span>for as long as I can remember<\/span>. I only choose seasonal fruits and vegetables from southern Europe while legumes come from a small family farm.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n

One needs to take <\/span>personal care of what one offers their b<\/span>ody on a daily basis. And yes, you should create your own network of suppliers and favourite products.<\/span><\/p>\n

Do not forget: Always choose specialised stores, open markets, small producers and artisans because they are specialised in very specific products and they invest <\/span>in quality. They also care for the environment and yes indeed, this is one of their top priorities.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Take care of what you give to yourself. Your body will reciprocate.<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n
