We are what we repeatedly do- Aristotle.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are not our one good moment. Nor are we our one bad moment. We simply are not our made up of these exceptions. This simple thought of Aristotle is the most condensed sentence I\u2019ve ever read.<\/p>\n

Because it includes everything. It explains everything. And this phrase manages to reply to a huge and eternal question \u201cWho am I?\u201d. You are simply put the sum of the choices you make.<\/strong>
\nWe are our choices. The stable choices and the ones we repeat.<\/p>\n

And yes indeed.<\/p>\n

The idea was always on my mind, but it was never the right timing.<\/em>
\n It could be the long and crazy hours I was working. It might be the fact that it was never the proper momentum.<\/em><\/p>\n

And here it is!<\/em><\/p>\n

An experience blog. A bilingual blog.<\/em><\/p>\n

A lot of people advised me to create a blog written just in English, claiming that having a bilingual blog is something very demanding. Plus, the english-speaking population is without doubt a larger audience.<\/p>\n

And I smiled.<\/p>\n

Stubborn since day one.<\/p>\n

The language given to me was Greek<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n

My house poor on Homer’s shores<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n

Odysseas Elytis (Nobel Prize Winner)<\/b>\u00a0\u201cAxion Esti\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

I couldn\u2019t but write in my native language, -probably- one of the greatest \u201clanguages\u201d of the world.<\/p>\n

In the most melodic and \u201ccreating images\u201d language.<\/p>\n

It would be a hypovricy.<\/p>\n

It wouldn\u2019t be me.<\/p>\n

I can not but use this amazing alphabet with all the curves of \u201c\u03be\u00bb of \u201c\u03bb\u201d of \u201c\u03b3\u201d.<\/p>\n

And I was explaining to a friend, who couldn\u2019t speak Greek, while we were discussing the blog issue.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou use a language that you have agreed that the word telephone is used for the telephone. On the contrary we know that the word telephone, comes from the word \u201ctele\u201d and \u201cphone\u201d, meaning the voice that comes from a distance. Greek is a language of images, that subconsciously sharpens the mind, because everything can be explained, everything has roots and a meaning\u2026 I love this language.<\/p>\n

I had disarmed him. He smiled with confidence. And he nodded as if he agreed.<\/p>\n

It will be bilingual, he said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

And now it\u2019s ready.<\/p>\n

And every line, every curve, has my personal touch and my aesthetics.
\nMany big loves that were brought together. Writing, reading, (to suck every word).
\nThe music. The arts. The photography. Travelling. Special people.
\nWhatever make me fly in this life. A sharing experience.
\nAnd Happiness is happy…
\nBecause from everything I\u2019ve done so far this is more “me”.<\/p>\n

“Souli<\/a>” and “Elgin”<\/a> coffee houses were my favourite spots during the phase of creation of WAWWD. Here at Elgin with “macaroni” (Yes indeed, even my laptop has a name!)<\/p><\/div>\n

A big thank you to all the people that helped in creating WAWWD and to all my friends and family that supported this madness since day one…<\/p>\n
